New year, new coffees 💚 The holiday season was a busy one, and several of your favorites sold out 🙃 But don’t fret, our first shipment of the year is in route and it’s gonna be a good one - a solid, every day drinker from Chiapas, Mexico!

This is one of our favorite coffee growing regions and this 87-pointer is sure to represent the region properly. Notes of caramelized sugar, maple syrup, and candied nuts. Great for all brewing methods! Will be up on the site for pre-order this week, anticipated early next week 🤙🏼
