These whole30-friendly 321-ish ribs inspired by turned out SO FRICKIN’ GOOD even though I flew by the seat of my pants the entire time 😂👏
I rubbed these with a mixture of mustard, apple cider vinegar, & Red Rocks Hickory Smoke seasoning from Savory & smoked them at 185 for 4 hours. I pulled them, wrapped them in foil with orange juice & more ACV & tossed them back on the Traeger at 245 for 2 hours. I opened the foil, sauced them (coconut aminos, ketchup, mustard, more Red Rocks, & ACV), & reduced the grill temp for 225. I let them vibe for about another hour in the open foil- talk about fall off the bone fingerlickin’ good 🤤
