These whole30-friendly 321-ish ribs inspired by turned out SO FRICKIN’ GOOD even though I flew by the seat of my pants the entire time 😂👏

I rubbed these with a mixture of mustard, apple cider vinegar, & Red Rocks Hickory Smoke seasoning from Savory & smoked them at 185 for 4 hours. I pulled them, wrapped them in foil with orange juice & more ACV & tossed them back on the Traeger at 245 for 2 hours. I opened the foil, sauced them (coconut aminos, ketchup, mustard, more Red Rocks, & ACV), & reduced the grill temp for 225. I let them vibe for about another hour in the open foil- talk about fall off the bone fingerlickin’ good 🤤

Hey everybody 👋 little life update for ya’ll! I’m officially fully moved down to San Diego from Bend- would love to make connections, so if you’re here, hit me up! I stepped away from my full time Beand Ambassador gig with Traeger, but that won’t change up my content game. May & June we’re packed full of travelling & spending time with Trav. We just got back from an overnight near San Luis Obispo (hence this delicious coffee from .co).

That being said, I don’t have plans to go anywhere for a couple months, so once I clean the Ironwood, you’ll start to see content pop up from me again. I’ve got a whole30 planned starting this week, so we’ll review some of my classic faves over the next month! Hope you all are doing well out there in this wacky world.
