Now to cap off our 7C Hot Cocktail Traveling Roadshow, something a bit different! Hanging out with my good friends this evening! We are going to whip up a killer Chai Me A River x 7C maple syrup concoction, along with some other fun things.

Stop 2 of the Seven Caves Hot Cocktail Party Traveling Roadshow (The 7CHCPTR) is TONIGHT at the always awesome from 7-10! Bringing some hot buttered gin, a hot horchata and the fine folks at Sidecar are whipping up some fun cocktails and a very special Rum Ham, for those who celebrate.

We are adding a got drive tonight as well. A new, boxed toy will get you tickets for the hot cocktails, so please help support Toys for Tots! Going to be a blast, so please come through.

I’ve been feeling nostalgic lately and decided to do something about it! It’s been about a year since this bonkers maple variant has seen the light of day, and it’s way overdue.

Will add some of these to our website in the next few days, and the bulk will be at the hot cocktail parties this Saturday from 12-2 and Thursday, 12/18

We’ve been nominated for the USA Today 10Best list again. Very humbled and honored.

Feeling a little nostalgic, so when I’m posting and asking for your support in the voting process, I’ll be posting some shots of the rums we’ve made over the years. All of them are unique, I remember each, and everyone, and I hope there are still some of these old bottles kicking around.

R’21 was a particularly fun rum. Aged for a year in new oak, it was finished for three years in an amazing barrel from my friend Tony’s insanely delicious Sherry company Rancho de Philo. Luscious would be a word I’d describe this rum as.

Tomorrow is our 7th Annual 7C Hot Cocktail Extravaganza! First in the new spot. It’s open to the public, so please swing through between 1-6. To celebrate, we are releasing a few fun things.

First up, a return of Jasmine Tea Rum. Blended with a great batch of tea from , this batch is delicate and aromatic, lightly colored and, delicious.

On the wilder side, we’ve finally gotten around to bottling what could easily be our wildest whiskey ever. Amaranth Whiskey is not for the faint of heart (or palate). This one must be tried before sold.

Lastly, this would not be a 7CHCP without Winter Gin. This year’s batch (Winter ‘25) is as holiday spicy as always, unaged as we do in odd years. Hopefully this run makes it to see 2025!

Just a friendly reminder that a really nifty last minute gift idea does exist, and is available now at our little shop, as well as online for both local pickup and nationwide delivery. Anyone east of the Mississippi probably needs to get those orders in tomorrow if you want it by Christmas. We are around every day this week for local pickup.
