Over 20 years, and Rich still shows up for the same reason he started: a genuine love for the craft. 🍕

That craft lives most in the sourdough. Every batch goes through a minimum 48-hour fermentation process, a standard he's held onto for two decades because he knows there's no shortcut to real flavor and texture. It's not something we advertise loudly, it's just in the details, the dough, the timing, the care that goes into every pie.
