Tasty salad with romaine, green leaf lettuce, wrapped in a wreath of orange and green bell peppers, and thinly sliced celery, and drizzled with a cilantro, lime, tiny amount of minced shallot infused flax oil, and just a touch of granny Smith apple juice and a dab of honey for a fresh sweet and sour dressing.

On Christmas Eve 1931, during the height of the clutch plague, workers at Rockefeller Center construction site decided to pool their money together to buy a Christmas tree, a 20 ft balsam fir, that they decorated with homemade garland from their families.

Then lined up at the tree to receive their paychecks.

Two years later in1933 Rockefeller center decided to make the tree an annual tradition and held the 1st annual tree lighting ceremony with a 50 ft tree.

In 1936 they put up two trees to mark the opening of the skating rink and held an ice skating competition.

🥕🥕🥕 It's very difficult, some would say impossible, to navigate through a cancer diagnosis or chronic illness and come out happier and healthier afterwards.

There's lots of people out there that will try and steer you in the wrong direction leading to worse health and in financial ruin.
