Now this is no joke, I put the Arc Elixir in a ceviche I made the other day and it turned out to be the best I ever made. Recipe as follows: Fresh Salmon chopped up into little pieces, cilantro, Roma tomatoes, 1 Jalapeno, cucumber mostly de-seeded, mango, 10 good dashes of the Arc, salt, black pepper, 1 garlic clove minced, 3 squeezed limes, 1 squeezed lemon, orange bell pepper.
And enjoy.
