Brewers and distillers gather because they love their craft. They all want the same thing .
Good beer. Some want to carve out a niche only they can provide thus insuring them a place in their chosen field.
Others simply love the accomplishment that the quality of their work provides.
I believe the purest form of the craft of Craft Brewing are the people who love to see people smile. I was with those people this weekend. I’m never so well received than when I’m invited to a brewery. The commodity markets are brutal. Grocery stores aren’t much better. The Brewer wants to know all about you, your family, your philosophy, your history, and why you took time to come and drink their beer.
We have a mutual debt of gratitude. We are outsiders we’ve all stepped outside the system and took the risk to present to anyone who cares, the quality that our combined experience provides. Thank you and

Farmsmith - Awarded Gold

Farmsmith celebrates the barley fields of Washington by exploring the impact of single variety, single farm, and single growing year barley in this ever-changing whiskey. While this expression will always be part of our lineup, each release will feature a different barley varietal, farm, and/or growing year.

This initial Farmsmith batch is distilled from Baronesse barley, known for its exceptional quality and rich, malty flavor. This barley was grown at Joseph’s Grainery in Colfax and malted by in Spokane.
