Happy birthday to my mom, my first fashion icon, my favorite lady lunch date 💕 Her bday lunch was delicious, and I was so pleased to see that everyone enjoyed the cake I made! Tiramisu mousse cake from scratch: 00 flour pan de spagna sponge, espresso soak, mascarpone mousse, dark chocolate mousse, silken chocolate shards. Surrounded by ladyfingers because who doesn't love a touch of Russe? 🎂

My favorite tapas restaurant in California ✨🫶🏼✨ Everything was delicious...even the anchovies were great, and I am NOT an anchovy girl. Dad's 2005 Rubicon was perfect with everything except the fish, of course!
Not pictured because we ate it immediately: dessert of a trio of sorbet and gratis Basque cheesecake. Pure magic 💫🔥💫 10/10 would go back every week forever.

I got a dessert coffee with my dessert, so I saved the cruffin for later in the day. Not even I can handle this much sugar in one sitting. Biscoff Cookie Butter Cruffin filled with cookie butter cream + Cookie Butter Macchiato = giving myself the zoomies 🤣
