While taking samples at one of our vineyards we stumbled upon this little lady. She’s a Green Lynx Spider (two types in North America) commonly found in crops of all kinds sometimes vineyards. She feeds predominately on Lepidopterists which includes moths and their larvae. Good news for our little skeletonizer influx this year. Natural crop pest controller. Go nature 💪 Sadly she also has a taste for good bugs too. We found her snacking on this little bee 🐝. Her venom isn’t harmful to humans but apparently they have been known to spit in self defense. Glad I got right in there 😳
