1️⃣ Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the Brownies: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

1 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp lemon juice

Wings 🛒

2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1.5 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Olive oil (as a binder)
Directions 👨‍🍳

1️⃣ Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, red pepper flakes, maple syrup/honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Set aside.

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
1 egg 🥚
2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
Salt and pepper, to taste 🧂
8 small mozzarella cubes (about 1-inch each) 🧀
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
For the Marinara Sauce:

2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade) 🍅
1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
Directions 👨‍🍳

1️⃣ Make the meatball mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2️⃣ Stuff the meatballs: Flatten 2 tbsp of the meat mixture in your palm. Place a mozzarella cube in the center, then wrap the meat around it, forming a ball. Repeat with the remaining meat.

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

Ingredients 🛒

For the Egg Rolls:

1 lb Ribeye Steak, thinly sliced 🥩
1 package Provolone & Mozzarella Blend, shredded 🧀
4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (optional) 🧈
1 Yellow Onion, chopped 🧅
8 oz Mushrooms, chopped 🍄
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped 🫑
1 package Egg Roll Wrappers 🥟
1 tbsp Olive Oil 🫒
1 Egg, for egg wash 🥚
Neutral Frying Oil 🛢️
For the Philly Cheesesteak Marinade:

1/2 tbsp Baking Soda 🧂
1 tbsp Vinegar 🍶
1 tsp Sugar 🍬
1 tsp Garlic Salt 🧄
1 tbsp Onion Powder 🌰
1 tbsp Crushed Rosemary 🌿
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 🟤
Directions 👩‍🍳

1️⃣ Marinate the Steak:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak, toss to coat, cover, and marinate for at least 1 hour.

2️⃣ Sauté the Steak & Vegetables:
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a sauté pan over high heat. Cook the marinated steak for 3-5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes until softened. Combine with the cooked steak in a bowl.

3️⃣ Fill & Wrap the Egg Rolls:
Place an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Apply egg wash to the edges. Add the steak and veggie mixture, top with shredded cheese, and optional cream cheese.
Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with the remaining wrappers.

2 cans of salmon
1 small onion, finely diced
2 eggs
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 tablespoons flour
6 tablespoons cornmeal
Oil for frying
👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Salmon Mixture:
Open the salmon cans and add the contents to a large bowl. Remove any pin bones if desired. Add the finely diced onion, eggs, and mayonnaise, stirring until everything is well combined.

2️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients:
Mix in the flour and cornmeal until the salmon mixture is evenly combined.

3️⃣ Heat Oil:
Heat oil in a cast iron or heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat.
