The good thing about higher rates is industrial property prices coming down - if anyone knows of a 1500 sq’ roll up industrial condo for sale around $200 sq’ in the Convoy/Kearney Mesa/Miramar area let me know, lots of equipment available too, might be time to get rolling!!!

Well, I’m still standing lol, don’t give up on me yet! Still looking to partner with anyone out there in the San Diego area that wants to help relaunch Balboa Brewing, I hold the rights to it in San Diego county at least, still squabbling over the national trademark with USPTO, HMU if interested!

I’ve noticed more than a couple new followers- welcome aboard!
Been going back and forth with my trademark lawyer and the USPTO trying to lock down IP and other things, rent is still a killer here in San Diego and the main obstacle to getting this thing off the ground, hopefully I’ll have something positive to report once we move out of this COVID 19 nightmare!

Workers at San Francisco’s Anchor Brewing Company have announced a drive to gain union recognition on Thursday, according to members of the organizing committee. If successful, the maker of the iconic Anchor Steam beer will be the first craft brewery in the country to become a union shop.
