Tides & Tacos is officially up and running!
First reported story will land in inboxes on Tuesday, but this morning I published an essay on my inspiration for starting this new writing endeavor.

How years of working for restaurants and newsrooms amid an ever-shrinking media market led me to creating my own space for culinary journalism
