Need a snack to bring with you on the go? Check out these energy balls! You just mix all the ingredients together and put it in the fridge for an hour. Roll them in little balls and bam!
2 c. quick oats
2 ripe bananas
2/3 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp flaxseed
1 Tbsp chia seed
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp Truvía® Nectar
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
