We area also asking our followers for some feedback. We are thinking of using a new name for the restaurant to better reflect the food we will be serving and would like you to help us with that. What do you think? First idea is to call the restaurant "La Frite", fries in French but we are open to any other ideas...

BIG NEWS!!!! We will soon open our first restaurant!! We have been selected to be at the new Carlsbad Windmill Food Hall currently under construction. Opening day should be around the end of August or September.

Hello Everyone!
Unlike big companies that can afford expensive advertising campaigns, small businesses such as ours rely on the quality of their product and on family, friends and customers to help them along on their venture. If you like our Organic Aioli, share your enjoyment of this delicious sauce with your family and friends; encourage them to stop by our booth at the Farmer’s Market for a taste, or at one of the many grocery stores where we do weekly samplings; and if they live far away…. we are also on Amazon and we need reviews!!!! These reviews are the only way to increase the visibility of our aioli on Amazon. They will be happy to discover an easy way to enhance their meals, and we will be grateful knowing that you care enough to help out.
Next Saturday, April 14, we will be sampling Super Sauce at Jensen’s in Point Loma from 3:30-5:30m
