Today marks 15 years of marriage for us. ❤️

Fifteen years… and somehow it feels like we’ve lived a whole lifetime together.

We’ve been through so much side by side — beautiful moments, difficult seasons, big changes, new beginnings, dreams, challenges, and so many memories in between. We grew up together, became parents, built a family, started over, and created a life that looks completely different from the one we had 15 years ago.

And through all of it, one thing has stayed the same: we still choose each other.

I love the life we’ve built. Not because it’s perfect, but because it’s ours — with all the chaos, the kids, the work, the endless to-do lists, the plans, the dreams, and everything in between. And most of all, I love the person I get to share it all with.

Kostya, thank you for these 15 years. For our family. For always being by my side. For all the laughter, the challenges we’ve overcome, the dreams we’re still chasing, and everything we’ve built together.

If I had to choose all over again, knowing everything this journey would bring, I would still choose you. ❤️

Happy 15th anniversary to us.
15 years down, and so much more of our story still to come.

The best business lesson I can teach my kids isn’t in a book.
It’s letting them watch us build something every day.

A few days ago, Kirill and Katya surprised us with homemade lemonade.

Then they looked at us and said,
“We have an idea. We want to sell lemonade.”

How could we say no?

Today turned into a family project.

We baked cookies together, made fresh lemonade, and helped them set up a little stand. After that, they took over.

Watching them was the best part.

Without anyone assigning jobs, each child naturally found a role. One became the leader. Another focused on making the drinks. Andrey and Katya designed the menu, set the prices, and even listed all the ingredients so customers would know exactly what they were buying. One of them grabbed a handmade sign and stood by the street, inviting neighbors and passing cars to stop by.

It wasn’t just a lemonade stand.

It was a lesson in teamwork, communication, problem-solving, customer service, math, and confidence.

They greeted customers, counted money, made change, and experienced something every entrepreneur remembers—the excitement of earning money by creating something people genuinely enjoyed.

One of my favorite moments was seeing them think about everyone. Alongside classic lemonade, they also offered a sugar-free lemon water made with our dried lemons, limes, and oranges, so everyone had a refreshing option.

Our neighbors were incredibly supportive, and seeing how proud the kids were of what they had accomplished was worth far more than the money they earned.

Moments like this remind me why I love entrepreneurship.

When children grow up watching their parents build something from scratch, they learn something much bigger than how to make money.

They learn to notice opportunities.

To create instead of waiting.

To believe that an idea can become reality.

Because the greatest thing we can pass on to our children isn’t money—it’s the confidence to believe they can create something of their own.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July!

After a busy day at the farmers markets, we kept our celebration simple—just our family, good food, and time together. ❤️ Tomorrow we’re back at the markets, so tonight was all about slowing down and enjoying the little moments.

One of the stars of our dinner was these grilled mushrooms and eggplant. They turned out so juicy and flavorful that I had to share the recipe with you!

🍄 Grilled Mushrooms Marinade
• 500 g mushrooms
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• Black pepper to taste
• ½ tsp paprika

Mix everything together and marinate for 30–60 minutes.

🍆 Grilled Eggplant Marinade
• 1–2 eggplants
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• Black pepper to taste

Slice the eggplant into ¾-inch (2 cm) rounds and marinate for 30–40 minutes.

🔥 Thread mushrooms and eggplant onto skewers, alternating each piece. Grill over medium heat for about 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beautifully charred and tender.

Ищем ответственного и коммуникабельного продавца для работы на фермерских рынках.

Формат работы и график:

• Возможна работа в будние дни, только по выходным или и в будни, и в выходные

• При желании — занятость почти всю неделю (в среднем ~7 часов в день)

• Будние рынки — преимущественно вечерние (примерно с 4:00 до 8:00 PM)

• Выходные рынки — в основном утренние

• Конкретные дни и выходные обсуждаются индивидуально

Требования:

• Ответственность и пунктуальность

• Наличие личного автомобиля🚘

• Английский язык — базовый разговорный уровень

(понимать покупателей и уметь рассказать о продукте)

• Опыт в продажах приветствуется✅
