450+ PIECES. 150 ARTISTS. 3 × 3 INCHES.

TONIGHT. 💛

450+ pieces of art.
Around 150 artists.
One tiny 3 × 3 Post-it Note.

And somehow, what came out of that little square has completely blown us away.

This has been one of the most incredible things we’ve ever gotten to be part of. The creativity, the weirdness, the beauty, the humor, the detail — people took 9 square inches and made entire little worlds out of them.

Come see what happens when you give artists a tiny space and say: make something.

📋POST-IT NOTE ART SHOW
TONIGHT — OCTOBER 17
7–9 PM
AT Paleo Treats
3275 Adams Ave, San Diego

Every piece is $30, and 100% goes to the artist.

We’ll also have the Sinaloa Tamale Lady out front until she sells out, and KNEEBAR

Come eat. Come drink. Come stare at 450+ tiny pieces of art. Come buy one and take a little piece of someone’s imagination home with you.

Everyone is welcome.

We genuinely cannot believe what these artists made.

See you tonight. 💛

If you’ve ever landed on this page and wondered what cookies, camels, Navy SEALs, crypto, art, racing, health, coffee, and the Sahara have to do with each other…

Hi. We’re Lee + Nik.

This page has never fit neatly into one category because neither have our lives.

Paleo Treats is the business we started in 2009, but it sits inside a much bigger world for us—health, curiosity, art, adventure, self-experimentation, community, hard things, good food and building whatever we think should exist next.

So you’re going to see cookies here.

But you’re also going to see art. Coffee. Keto. LMNT. Crypto. Stories from strange places. Things we’re learning. Things we’re making. Things that make us laugh. And probably a few things that have absolutely nothing to do with selling you a cookie.

That’s intentional.

We don’t really believe life—or a business—has to fit into one tidy box.

This carousel is the abbreviated version of how we got here.

And if you’re new here, welcome to the weird little world we’ve been building.
