The expansive restaurant features indoor and outdoor dining and bars, as well as a bocce ball court, outdoor cinema space and garden. Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station opened May 2013 in Point Loma’s now-historic Naval Training Center. Here at Liberty Station we celebrate the venue’s prior history as a U.S. Navy mess hall, while introducing new industrial and organic features

of metal, concrete, reclaimed wood, plant life, water and glass. The restaurant encompasses more than 23,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining and bars, as well as a bocce ball court and an 11,315-square-foot garden. Executive Chef Kassandra offers an eclectic and creative menu of world-inspired cuisine, and our bar features 40 taps of exceptional craft beers, including Stone year-round, special releases and brews from our beer friends.

Before we end this month, we wanted to remember someone special. Exactly 13 years ago today, we suffered the tragic loss of Matt Courtright.  Matt had a immense passion for brewing and loved to explore all that beer could be.  Immediately following his death, everyone at Stone wanted to pay tribute to his life and legacy.  What followed was Matt’s Burning Rosids, a 10.5% ABV Imperial Cherrywood Smoked Saison.  
 
To keep Matt’s flame going strong, the Company Store is tapping this batch made by Kris Ketcham in 2023, and is available starting today.  As you drink this, raise your glass to those you hold dear, and keep their memory alive! Cheers! 🍺

TWO SAN DIEGO LEGENDS. ONE EPIC IPA. BREWED LOUD.

We teamed up with Vic Fuentes and Pierce the Veil on a hyper-limited collaboration beer celebrating their sold-out hometown show at Petco Park on September 12th.
Inspired by Vic’s love of San Diego beer, Stone Brewing and classic West Coast IPAs, Sr. Manager of Brewing & Innovation Kris Ketcham created a West Coast IPA featuring Centennial, Citra, El Dorado and Krush hops. At 6.5% ABV, it’s intensely drinkable and packed with notes of orange peel, ripe citrus and tropical fruit.

This collaboration brings together two San Diego icons with a shared love of big, bold West Coast IPAs — and gives us an opportunity to connect with Pierce the Veil fans both here at home and beyond.

This hyper-limited release will be available exclusively at starting Saturday August 29th, with the rest of our Stone locations on Monday August 31st.

Cali-Belgique is what happens when we get our flagship Stone IPA and add a select strain of Belgian yeast.  Banana and spice notes mix with the hoppy brightness of a West Coast IPA.  Originally created for the 08.08.08 Vertical Epic Ale, Cali-Belgique was a mainstay of our core beer lineup for a long time.
 
To continue our 30th Anniversary, Kris Ketcham went ahead and brewed up a fresh batch of this complex and surprising beer.  At 6.9% ABV, this pairs well with a savory dish (like our Mac & Cheese or Chicken Parmesan Supreme 🤤).  You’ll only find this at Stone locations, so stop by and grab a pint or a crowler/growler to go.  Cheers! 🍻

Cheers To 30 Years!  Our upcoming anniversary celebration will be extra special for us, so it follows that we should have an extra special beer for the occasion! This double IPA at 8.5% ABV features the evolution of American hops over the past 3 decades.  We pay homage to the past, while embracing the future of American hops. With pioneering hop varieties like Centennial and Chinook, along with modern standouts like Krush and Thora, this is a beer not to be missed!
