The name Rub It In comes from the act of preparing food for a BBQ where one lovingly rubs a particular seasoning on a meat or vegetable. It generally implies what you will be doing with our product. And in case you are wondering, yes I love to rub my meat! It was created out of several years of growing exotic hot peppers from various parts of our planet. I have always been intrigued with hot peppe

rs growing the general varieties you find at stores such as cayenne, jalapeno and the like. After making a trip to Jamaica in 2005 and tasting the unique flavor of the Scotch Bonnet, this created a strong desire to learn more about this strain of pepper (Capsicum Chinense) and more importantly grow them. Over time this evolved into learning about and growing the many different varieties of hot peppers from around the world, their unique flavors and the dishes they are used in.
