The Renaissance Fair of your dreams ⚔️🚩

Our team of planners know exactly how to coordinate a theme — from decor, to food, to live entertainment, and more, not a single detail will be forgotten. This Renaissance event left guests feeling immersed in a fantasy world. A collection of medieval color schemes, professional re-enactors, live old-fashioned music, endless duels, and a dragon hatchery brought this celebration to life.

Moments guests will really remember ✨

Planning a picnic is more than just a theme and some food, it’s also about the memories that will be made.

It starts with the smallest details. Creating a menu with different dietary options, that way everyone can enjoy something delicious. Selecting activities for all age ranges so parents and kids can participate in the fun. Finding entertainment from face painting, to caricature drawings, to photo booths for a little keepsake of the day.

These simple ideas will create lasting memories that families will look forward to each year. Let Picnic People take care of the details.
