Michelle Renee, Cuddle Therapy Strengthen your connection with yourself and others. Offering platonic cuddling to San Diego. I am a person that people find very comforting and accepting.

Touch has given me a way to connect on a deeper level to others in a platonic way. Before this discovery, it felt as though something was always lacking in my life. When I learned about cuddling as a profession, it made perfect sense for me. I put people at ease rather quickly. This translates into a warm, nurturing cuddle environment. I want to guide you to accept touch, value touch, and ask for what you want and need. I'm also a facilitator for Cuddle Party, a consent and communication workshop with a side of cuddling. :)

People of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles are welcome.

The time near the end of the session where we talked face-to-face—it is a moment of human connection that I’m not sure I have ever experienced before, and I keep replaying it over and over in my soul and mind.”
Squeee!!!! 🥰 Same! I feel all the love filled oxytocin when our sessions close. I often say, “Don’t sign any contracts!”

Look what I found in my email today! Jake from PESI sent over some pics that were taken at Innovations in Psychotherapy earlier this month in Anaheim. Repping my private practice alongside Keeley Shoup and Cuddlist Professional Cuddle Therapy was so much fun! And to have Erin Kelly join us as a collaborating clinician as well as Grace L. Heer, a local professional cuddler and assistant trainer for Cuddlist was amazing! What a great team we had!

These pics were mainly from Thursday, the opening afternoon in the exhibitor hall. One person said the next day, "You were swarmed yesterday!" and that's pretty accurate. The 3 hours were BUSY! That said, we stayed busy the entire conference. Thanks for being so interested, attendees of Innovations!
