lunch plates lately 🍠😩🧡 long time no food dump
eating whole foods that i truly love & enjoy has me looking forward to every meal, with zero bloating afterwards 🫶🏼 i used to get so bloated after lunch when i ate raw salads, and the bloat would persist well into the evening
also trying to increase my healthy fats, so adding more avocados, nuts, eggs, & sardines to my meals
tldr; YUMMMMMM so obsessed with these plates
