Got an early taste of “Bun Khao • The Merit of Rice”, Chef Tobb’s new 10-course Thai tasting menu at ahead of its debut on Friday!

The theme’s about immigration told through food — memory, ritual, identity, all of it. As someone who moved from the Philippines, this hit different. Food really carry pieces of home with you wherever you go.

You can feel how much she poured into this. It felt intentional, from honoring real Thai traditions to sourcing sustainably from Bay Area vendors she has genuine relationships with.

Sustainability + culture + storytelling on one plate?? Not just a dinner, an experience.
