🍇 A bright, dry white blend of organically farmed Colombard, Grillo, and Catarratto.

TRƐSOMM was founded in 2017 by three California sommeliers after a trip to Baja’s Valle de Guadalupe left them hooked on the region. They partnered with Camillo Magoni — a pioneer of the Baja wine industry who moved to the Valle from Valtellina, Italy in 1965 — to produce small-batch, thought-provoking wines from indigenous European varieties grown on his land.

was founded by a group of industry veterans with deep roots in the San Diego bar community, driven by a straightforward premise: the market needed a high-quality, additive-free tequila that was both honest about its production and accessible to working bar programs. The brand is built around a co-ownership model with the farmers who grow their 100% Blue Weber agave in the Bajío region of Guanajuato — families whose relationship with the land spans generations. The agave is hand-harvested, twice distilled in copper-lined stills, and bottled without additives.

🌿 Blanco — Earthy and mineral-forward, with raw agave, fresh citrus, and a herbal, peppery core. Clean and direct, with a finish that lingers on minerality and spice.

🪵 Reposado — Aged 4–6 months in single-use American oak barrels previously used for bourbon. Citrus and cooked agave on the nose, with baking spices, toasted almond, and a subtle sweetness from the oak on the palate.

Maestros del Mezcal (MDM) is a civil association founded by Abel Alcántara to provide a platform for mezcaleros who are cut out of the certification and branding process. Composed of hundreds of traditional producers across Mexico’s producing regions, the organization provides financial and technical support to its members, promotes sustainable agave cultivation, and works to establish fair pricing and market access for small producers — operating on the belief that mezcaleros need true partners, not just buyers.

🌿 Ensamble — Espadín, Cuixe, Madrecuixe (Mtro. Misael Gopar, La Escalera, Ejutla, Oaxaca) — Roasted agave sweetness anchors this blend, with the Cuixe and Madrecuixe pulling it into mineral, vegetal territory — green herbs, stone, and a long dry finish with subtle smoke throughout.

🌶️ Chino Verde (Mtro. Elenterio Ogarrio, Sola de Vega, Oaxaca) — Wild and textured, with earthy aromatics, dried chile, and a savory depth that gives way to ripe fruit and a warm, lingering finish. At 49% ABV, it carries real presence without losing balance.
