We have a seasonal special: Strawberries & Cream mochi🍓
Miso mascarpone cream, matcha chocolate mousse with fresh Seascape strawberries from These strawberries are small but incredibly flavorful. There will be one or a couple inside depending on the size.

We’ll also have our regular matcha raspberry, hojicha shoyu caramel, and yuzu as well.
Single mochi will be available for walk-ins, first come first serve.

Grab something for your mom, mom-like figure, or just to treat yourself. Whatever makes you happy!

We’re so happy to be back at Nisei’s Makers & Bakers Fair this Sunday! It’s a ticketed event (link in bio) and we’re making plenty of mochi, first come first serve.

We’re taking a little break to travel to Japan for research and learning, all strictly in the name of mochi science.
Jokes aside, we’ll be visiting spots around Japan to deepen our knowledge of Japanese sweets and food culture. Also to see my 90yr old obaachan (grandma).

We sell out of walk-ins fast at our pop-ups, thank you all so much for the love, and we don’t want anyone to show up empty handed.
Preordering is the best way to have your mochi ready and waiting when you arrive.

We drop preorders a few days before each event. Sign up on our page to get notified so you never miss it.

ChaTo is a beautiful tea and teaware shop in Japantown. They carry high quality teas and shokunin (craftsmen) made teaware, all sourced from Japan. If you are a tea lover or just starting to get interested in Japanese tea, this is the place to go.
They have been hosting our pop-ups since we started Ohana in 2023, and their warm presence always brings us joy.
