Lets talk flavor! 🙌🏼✨ If you've had our chips before, you know they're ultra crunchy, slightly sweet, big on umami flavor, creamy and oh-so-ADDICTIVE.

But what does it actually pair with? 🥢🥘🥟 If you've been following our Instagram this month we've been showing you our favorite ways to eat our chips--on congee, in soups, with other crunchy snacks, paired with any and all asian dishes... the texture and complexity of our chips goes perfectly with noodles, curries, pho, dumplings and so much more! 🍜🍲

Have you ever had congee? 🥣🥢 If not, you're missing out on one of the ultimate comfort foods! Congee is a savory rice porrige that's eaten in many part of Asia, particularly China 🌏 It goes by the name of jook, arroz caldo and khoa tom moo, depending where you are. ❤️ We love topping our congee with our fish chips as well as ingredients like thousand year old egg, kimchee, tofu, green onion and more! 🥚🥘🌶 what are some of your go-to toppings?

Enjoying our Indian Summer while it lasts! 😁☀️ Start the sunny weekend off right with your favorite people, pups and snacks! 🐶 We're currently relaxing by the pool with our doggo, Amelie, spiked mango arnold palmers and a bowl of our crunchy fish chips. 🍹🍋 We couldn't be happier!

Here's how to whip these babies up:
• one part iced tea
• one part mango lemonade
• 2 oz. vodka
• sliced lemon and/ or diced mango for garnish
