- Pollo Almendrado: Chicken slow-cooked in chile guajillo with fresh orange juice and crushed almonds. Served with rice and beans. $15
- Huarache de Nopal: Grilled cactus leaf topped with vegetarian refried black beans, romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and salsa fresca. Served with rice. $15
