Full recipe:
- grab a large pan to knead your dough
- Add 4 cups wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 1tsp flax seed, and 1tsp carom seeds (both seeds are optional) and 2tsp oil
- progressively add water till it comes together as a dough (about 2 cups).
- Then gently knead till you get a soft firm dough and let it rest for 10min
- Then roll them out and enjoy!
- Pro tip: it’s best if you add a bit of butter on the finished roti!
