Luv luv luv this recipe for it's simplicity and for it's tasty goodness! Last month I started growing basil in our backyard and I love using my homegrown basil on this soup. Such a sense of accomplishment! Enjoy!

What is the meaning of Taste Y Free? Well it's our mantra to create food that is free of gluten, wheat, nuts and dairy AND is super tasty. The "y" is actually the spanish translation of "and" so it has the same meaning as "Taste and Free". We had to bring in the latin flavor to our endeavor of course! Let us know what you think!

Love this recipe! I saute mine with coconut oil and then add olive oil once it's done so I don't lose the nutritional value of the olive oil. Instead of cheese, I add pumpkin seeds. You can use salted pumpkin seeds instead of adding salt. Enjoy your greens! - j

If you love sauteed greens, give this recipe a go. I avoid overcooking, and throw plenty of garlic into the pan. You can use kale, chard, or spinach.
