I know I am after looking back at all of these photos

🤍🤍🤍

This was a pistachio matcha and a smoked salmon avocado crepe with fruit and wowza was it what I needed on a hot day in San Fran!

Couldn’t not order a açai bowl to go with it, if you know you know

This was a carrot rice dish and omg with olives and whipped feta and it was everything I dreamed off topped off with a delicious lemonade that was perfectly bitter and tart just how I like it

This has to be in my top 5 restaurants of all time how, the food, the service the ambience EVERYTHING was 200/10 and I dream of going back so soon

Look at that shrimp cocktail and it looked like we were eating in hogwarts it was insane! And I got a virgin pina colada and wow… dreaming of it as we speak

A close up, I got some scallops in a mushroom sauce on the side. Wow. And then this goat cheese gnocchi quite literally melted in my mouth and brought me to heaven!!!

A scoop of tin roof ice cream. CLASSIC!

Also one of my favourite dinners of the trip! Literally $5 and never misses

A matcha from Peet’s! Never had it before and it’s SO GOOD!!!

A crème brûlée after the sunset, overlooking the Pacific Ocean with the bagpipes playing in the background! The conservatory in half moon bay don’t play!!!

A delicious soup and another lemonade because America refuses to get there ice tea in ORDER!!! Sweeten it please hahah

A fluffy beet risotto on more goat cheese, DEVINE

Some chocolate covered strawberries at 1am? Yes please!!

And a veggie dog in the park never doesn’t SLAP!! 👋

🍅✨ The sandwich that tastes like summer in every single bite. 🌿🧀

There is just something magical about simple ingredients when they’re at their absolute best. This fresh tomato mozzarella sandwich is proof that you don’t need anything complicated to make an unforgettable meal. Juicy, sun-ripened local tomatoes, creamy fresh mozzarella, fragrant basil picked at its peak, peppery greens, rich extra virgin olive oil, flaky sea salt, cracked black pepper, all layered onto fresh bakery bread that’s perfectly crisp on the outside and soft in the middle.
Every bite is bright, fresh, creamy, herbaceous, and bursting with that unmistakable taste of summer. ☀️🍅

This is the kind of lunch that makes you slow down for a minute. Windows open, warm sunshine, fresh produce from the farmers market, and a sandwich that reminds you why seasonal ingredients are always worth the wait. When tomatoes are this ripe and sweet, they deserve to be the star of the show.

One of my favourite things about summer cooking is letting fresh, local ingredients shine. Supporting local farms means you’re getting produce that’s been picked at its peak, full of flavour, and it honestly makes all the difference. You can taste the sunshine in every bite.
Whether you’re packing this for a picnic, serving it with chips and lemonade, bringing it to the beach, or enjoying it on your patio with an iced tea, this is one of those recipes you’ll find yourself making again and again all tomato season long.

Fresh ingredients.
Simple flavours.
Peak summer.
Pure happiness. ❤️

If you’re looking for an easy summer lunch, the best tomato sandwich recipe, a fresh mozzarella sandwich, or an easy farmers market meal, this one deserves a spot on your menu.

Save this recipe for tomato season, send it to someone who loves Caprese flavours, and let me know...are you team tomato all summer long? 🍅🌿

There is better than a cute outfit and a mission ✨

POV: my outfits this week ✨🫶 From cozy mornings to coffee runs and summer adventures, these are the looks I’ve been living in lately. Which one is your favorite? 🤍

The appetizer of the summer just arrived... ☀️🍅🌿

These Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella Focaccia Cups are everything I want in a summer bite—crispy, golden focaccia on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle, filled with juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. They taste like sunshine in every bite.

They’re perfect for summer dinner parties, backyard BBQs, picnics, brunches, pasta night, or even sliced in half and turned into the cutest little sandwiches. They’re easy to prep ahead, beautiful enough to impress guests, and guaranteed to disappear within minutes.

If you’re looking for a recipe that feels elevated but is secretly simple, this is it. Fresh ingredients, homemade focaccia, and classic Italian-inspired flavours never disappoint. 🤍

Save this recipe for your next gathering because I have a feeling these are going to be the “talk of the summer” Who are you making these for first? 🍅✨

Ingredients
4 cups (500g) bread flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp sea salt
1¾ cups (420ml) warm water
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
Flaky sea salt
Fresh rosemary (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast, salt, warm water, and olive oil until a sticky dough forms.
Cover and let rise for 1½–2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Generously oil a 9x13-inch baking pan and transfer the dough into the pan. Gently stretch it to fit, then let it rest for 30–45 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
