Friends,

We’re very sorry to say that our end is nigh. This Sunday will be our last day of service in Dogpatch.

Phil will be pouring beer Friday-Sunday. Come share a memory, joke, or smile with him. This was more than 5 years of planning and operating, and it feels like a gut punch to fail. But we’re proud of the space we offered and grateful for the connections we made with so many of you over the years.

High and with a head full of dreams, thank for your support over the last 3 years. We will miss you all ♥️

Phil’s just cleaned the lines and reassembled the faucets. We have an almost full taplist as we head into the weekend! We’ve also got a few things in the cellar waiting to be released.

Most exciting to Phil right now is Proverbial Fork, our house 🥚 aged saison , fermented with a culture Phil’s been shepherding since 2012! We earned a gold last year for this beer and this year’s batch is just ready now! How does it compare? Well it contains a large portion of last year’s batch. This raises the average age closer to 20 months versus last year’s 12. It yeast time it’s significant.
Phil’s says “a little more gueze esters and aged hop highlights, ever so slightly softer acid, lighter oak but more aged almond-aldehyde. Beautiful lemon candy with some pear and Brie “
It’s pretty. Most of it is already claimed by our club members. But the limited draft that exists is on at both Dogpatch and Berkeley now!!!

Little Fest - 5.1% festbier

Brewed in collaboration with , this crispy showcase of malt character was lagered 4 weeks, 💯 naturally carbonated and clarified.

She’s pretty 😍

Available on draft and in cans at Dogpatch and Berkeley taprooms. We also are featuring a couple of Berryessa beers in Berkeley, our collab we@did our their spot, a radically hop hash hopped festbier and one of Phil’s all time favorites, Mini Separation.

We had an absolute blast !!!

This was our 2nd year attending and we were once again blown away by the hospitality and the scale of the festival!

So many amazing breweries from all around the world, right on Pennsylvania Avenue.

It was great to share our pretty little lagers with everyone and proudly showcase to folks on the east coast.

Thanks for the good times D.C. ✌️

A wizard is never late, nor is he early. He arrives precisely when he means to.

Little Fest, a 5.1% Festbier brewed in collaboration with our bud Chris from is on draft at Dogpatch and Berkeley now! While it may be traditional for breweries to tap their fests in September, we never rush a brew.

Time is also an ingredient ⏰

This beer was naturally clarified and carbonated using only patience. Slow and low, that’s the tempo for good lager. And boy howdy does this one flip our lids! Brewed with and , it’s crisp but with a lovely depth of malt character.

I’ve known Chris and Lori for over 13 years! I was a fan and customer first back in the ‘ol UC daze. We’d bike out from Davis to their country brewery, earning a couple pints from the 20 mile ride there!

It’s always great to work with them. Come on down and taste the fruits of our labor!

🤩 🤯

Olfactory’s 3rd year to the North Country for Oktoberfest at was nothing but rejuvenating!

We make the pilgrimage each year to see all the other people that make this trip each year. Really I think that’s why I’m still in this industry; it’s the people!

We’re incredibly grateful for the friendship we’ve formed with the team at Schilling over the years and we hold them in very high regard. They really assemble some of the finest brewers in the country (and world!)

Thank you to everyone we connected with and shared a beer or moment with. ✌️
