Marcela's Empanadas. Empanadas Argentinas and more. Marcela's Empanadas are a very versatile food. You can eat them for dinner with a salad, or for a light lunch and they are perfect for your parties!

Empanadas is one of the most popular dishes in Argentina. Nothing beats a hot, freshly baked Empanada. Empanadas are made with a flaky dough called 'tapa' and can be filled with beef, chicken, ham & cheese, vegetables, apple, etc. The crust is sealed with a special technique called ‘repulgue’ in which the edges of the empanada are folded in to create a unique pattern.
