The German Kaesekuchen!
It’s light, similar in texture and sweetness to a Japanese cheesecake. Not as dense or sweet as a New York cheesecake, it is made with our house made quark cheesecake. In plain, or with fresh slices of mandarin. 🧡🍊🧀🧑🏻‍🍳
