Try this easy Burrata Apéro Platter 🥂✨

The French call it apéro—that magical moment between the workday and dinner when you slow down, pour a glass of wine, and savor life’s simple pleasures. 🍷✨

Ingredients:
🫒 1 cup Castelvetrano olives
🍅 3 Campari tomatoes
🥓 3 oz prosciutto
🧀 8 oz burrata
🍒 1 cup cherries
🍞 1 loaf sourdough bread
🫒 Olive oil, salt & pepper

How to make it:
- Slice your fruits and vegetables.
- Arrange them on a platter in sections.
- Fold prosciutto into ribbons and place alongside the produce.
- Tear burrata into pieces and nestle throughout the board.
- Drizzle burrata with truffle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Slice sourdough and serve.

There’s something about a cold glass of French oak Chardonnay with a lox bagel board that feels ridiculously luxurious for how simple it is. 🥯🍷✨ “Spearhead Chardonnay”

Creamy cream cheese, rich smoked salmon, bright lemon, fresh dill, salty capers, crisp cucumber — and then a slightly buttery, citrusy Chardonnay tying everything together perfectly.
