Saturday afternoon (1-4pm): Distillery Tasting Party
Saturday evening: homemade Blenheim Old Fashioned

Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Crane Cove Rye
3/4 oz Blenheim Apricot Liqueur
A dash of bitters (Angostura or nut bitters - we love toasted pecan bitters for this!)
Stir over ice, pour into rocks glass with ice (ideally a large single cube)
Garnish with orange peel (or thin slice) and a cocktail cherry.

Distillery Distpatch from Adam:

🍊 Right now we have approved labels in production for Blenheim Apricot and Crane Cove Rye. Everyone who’s had a sneak peek of either knows how amazing they both are. I’m especially excited to be able to share a local liquid I have such a long relationship and deep respect for as our first entry into whiskey, on an ever so small scale.

🍸 I’ve done many experimental gin batches on our 1L stills utilizing uncommon gin ingredients like birch bark, for example, to capture some of the flavor and ideas of place we’re going for.

Can’t wait to see everyone on a tour or at our next Distillery Day party! Details to come…

Bay Area bars! We’re hosting our very first Bay to Bottle Gin Making Competition 🍸 🏅 Apply today at the link in our bio!

Brucato Spirits invites six Bay Area bartending teams to represent their neighborhood and create their own signature gin and cocktail at Brucato’s Mission District distillery.

A panel of industry experts will select a winner — Sierra Clark, founder of , Nora Furst, beverage consultant and partner , Lauren Saria, food editor , and Josh Decolongon, producer and host of .

Applications are now open and will close on August 1st. Teams will distill their gin on August 17th or 24th, presenting the signature gin and gin cocktail to the judges at Brucato on September 14th. The winner will receive bragging rights and a limited run of their signature gin to serve at their home bar.

We can’t wait to see what you create. The application form can be found at the link in our bio — please share with your industry friends! We’d love to see our local Bay Area neighborhood bars represented 💪
