Grace & Gusto is the vibrant cake concept by Pastry Chef Kathryn Gunderson. Her career in cakes has spanned years & states. Equipped with rigorous training from the world renowned Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley in addition to boundless creativity, Kathryn is able to create cakes and confections that are both elegant and completely unique. Her southern beginnings are reflected in her flavors and her classical French techniques shine through the meticulous details in her work.
