It's been an amazing few weeks and the outpouring from the food community has been incredible. On October 2, we launched the first Bon Appétech Conference on good food innovation, with 100 startup exhibitors, panels and keynotes on everything from agtech and wine innovation to food waste, sustainability, investment and entrepreneurship. The community of creative and curious minds that came out for the event demonstrated the diversity of the food space, and the people and talent we need to help solve the challenges of our food system.
In partnership with 33entrepreneurs, the Bon Appétech Pitch Competition on Sunday, October 4 was an amazing showcase and launching point for food startups from around the world. Out of 100 startups, we chose 11 to pitch in front of the entire audience of 500+ food innovators, investors, media, brands and entrepreneurs. Out of that group, 3 were named the top startups:

Safe Catch Foods
These three companies were awarded as Grand Finale winners in their respective categories. With distinguished industry judges deciding the Pitch Competition winners, these three companies were selected based on the food challenges they are addressing, and in recognition of the work they've done to date building innovative solutions that are addressing those challenges.
