Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukah!!
Enjoy some Hot Buttered Bourbon this season:
2oz Cyrus Noble Bourbon
2 bsp Hot Butter batter
4-6oz hot water
Pre-heat a coffee mug with hot water and then combine 2 heaping teaspoons of the batter with Cyrus Noble. Top with boiling water and stir well to mix. Serve with a spoon in the mug.
To make batter:
In a mixing bowl, using an immersion blender or large wire whisk, beat together softened butter, brown sugar, ice cream, vanilla extract and spices until well combined. Store in an easily accessible, container in the refrigerator (or freeze some for year-round use!).
2 lb dark brown sugar
1 lb unsalted butter (softened)
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 quart of melted vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
