This is going to be so good!! They’ve sold out for the year so this may be your only chance to taste their award-winning extra virgins - that chefs are raving about! - and pick up a bottle.

BLOCK X is oil produced from old growth trees that were slated for destruction. 😅

And the Sevillano is a delicate oil produced from a meaty queen-sized olive. You won’t find much of this variety grown and milled to perfection in California.
