Dā'urā, having its roots in the Nepali word for ‘firewood’, providing light and warmth, firewood is man’s greatest discovery. It allowed him to explore a new realm under the stars. Around it he celebrated religion, festivals, marriage and councils. To him, it was life. It's all about embracing and celebrating that evolution. that delivers carefully curated experiences centered around art and a shared cultural diversity. We are fun, young, edgy progressive artists brought together by a passion for all things culinary. What do we do? We create experiences. Art, like humans, is persistently evolving as an expression. At Dā'urā, we want to bring together food cultures and the cultures of all artists in their own right. Art in all forms has inspired us to create unique gastronomic experiences, which are showcased through our Tasting Menu. We want our guests to leave having experienced diverse art. How do we do this? To truly create experiences we indulge in diversity. Dā’urā holds exclusive themed events ranging from art-based gallery events and secret dinners to Wine Clubs meets. Art-based events will provide a global culinary affair, and some of Dā'urā’s dinner events will be platforms for artists to showcase their work. To inspire people to come together, food connoisseurs and professionals from different forums will be able to embrace the mystery of monthly secret dinners on an invitation only basis. Dā’urā will host Wine Clubs meets for enthusiasts to be able to discuss, recognize, engage and taste wines from the various wine regions of the world. Each event will be specially designed and dedicated to experiencing different wine regions. Dā’urā will venture into food and musical festivals to truly capture their essence and serve festival inspired soul food. Pop Ups will help engage with a young, lively audience.
