The Red Heart features a tender madeleine base layered with dark Valrhona chocolate cream and a vibrant raspberry mousse, finished with a glossy red glaze.

The Black Heart begins with the same delicate madeleine base, topped with smooth raspberry cream and a rich dark Valrhona chocolate mousse, coated in a sleek chocolate glaze.

This year’s menu features a Chestnut Pear Tart with Golden pears poached and nestled in almond cream, within a crisp sugar dough crust and topped with a piping of sweet chestnut cream and our a Pumpkin Flan in a sugar dough crust.

Available in 8” or 3” sizes for your holiday table.
Order by Monday 11/24 • Pick up Wednesday 11/26 at our kitchen or delivery is available within SF.
