San Anselmo, we owe you an update.

We know this project has taken far too long, and we should have done a better job keeping you informed.

On Tuesday, we received construction lender approval. We now have approval from the SBA, our bank, and our construction lender.

We’re still in escrow to purchase the building and are working through the remaining closing requirements. Our goal is to close and resume construction by the end of September. We’ll update you when we close or by September 30 if closing takes longer.

The windows are already ordered, and getting that plywood down is our first priority.
