June is here, and I want to begin with a heartfelt thank you. 🍷
Thank you to everyone who came out to the many events I participated in throughout May, celebrating AAPI Heritage Month, women Winemakers, and the wonderful communities that gather around wine.
May was packed with beautiful wines, meaningful conversations, and many moments that reminded me why I started making wine. Wine can act as a bridge. It brings people together, opens conversation, and creates a place where diverse cultures and personal stories can meet naturally.
To our Bay Area supporters, DC wine lovers, restaurant partners, friends, and everyone I had the chance to meet this spring, thank you. Every conversation meant so much to me.
On a personal note, I also performed more taiko this spring than ever before. 🥁 Thank you to everyone who enjoyed taiko with me. I hope there will be another opportunity to bring wine and taiko together in the near future.
In the cellar, I am preparing for our late June bottling of Pinot Noir and the much anticipated Petit Arvine from Alder Springs Vineyard. Release date is still TBD, but I hope to share these wines later this summer. 🌿
