Late photo dump of our Winter Holiday Open House last weekend! It was a great event mingling and enjoying our wines with locals!

Grateful to be closing out the year with not one, but two IN PERSON events this past week!

Last week we hosted a wine tasting for 40 at an E&Y Women's Networking event (LUMINA was a perfect venue). There was great dialogue and interest in our wines, maybe the Rosé closing out as the favorite?!!

Then last weekend we participated in the Holiday Open House at Mansfield-Dunne Wines. Over a dozen custom crush clients sampled their wines to the public and we had a blast on Sunday! Introducing our wines to new fans is a big part of what we love!

Harvest 2022 is behind us and we now look ahead to the holidays! We recently released our latest Zin (2019) and Pinot (2021), both included in the '22 Fall wine club release. Busy week with harvest 2022 starting with last weekend's press of our Ketcham Estate Pinot Noir. It was a very steady ferment just shy of two weeks. Barreled down the 667 and 777 clones with a full barrel of free run! Second barrel had free run with some lite press - color, fruit, and tannin all bursting! '19 was a good vintage, but I'm thinking this one will be great. Can't wait to taste along the way, stay tuned! Cheers!

Some highlights from last week's processing of our Teldeschi Old Vines Zinfandel. Clusters came in nice and plump as always, and oh so juicy! Brix ended up being a perfect 24.4, so plenty of room for some soak up! Can't wait for this one, gonna be awhile though! Cheers!

Extremely excited to have Teldeschi Old Vines Zinfandel back in our portfolio with the 2022 vintage. We had a two year hiatus starting with the fires back in 2020, but we were destined to get back to where it all started (2012)!

Early 530am departure from the city with a 7am pickup at Teldeschi where Ray was waiting for me (clusters were picked at 4am)! With a peak temp of 112 scheduled for today, today was the day! Pulled over for a few pics of Dry Creek Valley at sunrise, damn gorgeous if I must say!

Ray loaded me up with two bins and it was back to the city! Only fitting that UB40's "Red Red Wine" would come on as I was jammin' down the 101! Arrived at the winery just before 9, with processing starting shortly after! Let's go!

Here’s some late highlights of our first fruit coming in for the 2022 vintage, Pinot Noir from Ketcham Estate. Clusters came in nice and clean, once again working with 777 and 667 clones (coming in at 24 brix). It's been a good first week and we're now deep into ferment. Should be pressing next weekend, can’t wait! Cheers!

Late post, but we got (most of) the gang together and pulled the latest samples of our '21 Pinot Noir (Ketcham Estate Ketcham Vineyard - Russian River AVA) and Zinfandel (Damas Vineyard - Fiddletown AVA)!

The base Pinot Noir is a mix of 667 and 777 clone with about 30% new oak, but we're going to blend in some Pommard (lite press) to round it out. Tasting great! The Zinfandel was pretty solid as well with about 20% new oak. We'll be adding a splash of Sonoma Zin to it, helping add a nice boost in flavor!

Finished off with a nice bottle of our 2017 Keller Estate Pinot Noir, not a bad liquid lunch! Killer vineyard producing killer fruit, damn it was a good wine!

Excited to bottle these new wines tomorrow, woot woot!
