Traditional Algerian Rechta beloved classic of traditional Algiers cuisine!
Delicate semolina noodles served with chickpeas, turnips, and zucchini, gently infused with the warm aroma of cinnamon.
Our delicious white sauce is served separately in a small cup, allowing you to pour it over the rachta and enjoy every bite.

A comforting and authentic Algerian dish that celebrates the rich flavors and culinary traditions of our heritage. I chose a beautiful blue dish to present my traditional Algerian Rachta, inspired by the beauty of Algerian zellige and the elegance of our heritage.
