Another special evening with the Department and FAHGA Bay Area for Gastronomy Matrix: Small Bites, Big Shifts.

We had the pleasure of welcoming guest chef and hearing from chef and professor , followed by a beautiful dinner and cocktails created by the Management students with support from professor Jeff Scharosch and Jean-Marc.
