Introducing Quinta do Crasto!
Perched along one of the most striking bends of the Douro River, Quinta do Crasto stands as one of Portugal’s great historic estates, with written records dating back to 1615. In the hands of the Roquette family since 1918, the property has grown from its origins as a traditional Port house into a leading voice for both dry and fortified wines of the Douro Valley.

Today, under fourth-generation owner Miguel Roquette, Crasto continues to define the region through its dramatic terraced vineyards, privileged riverfront sites, and a commitment to wines that balance structure, freshness, and a clear sense of place. Its vineyards, carved into steep schist slopes overlooking the Douro, are among the most iconic in the region and have helped elevate the estate to international recognition, with distribution in more than 40 countries.

Beyond the cellar, Quinta do Crasto has also become a destination, welcoming thousands of visitors each year who come to experience the landscape, the history, and the wines firsthand. As interest in Portugal continues to grow, Crasto sits at the intersection of tradition, place, and a new generation of global appreciation for the Douro.

We’re proud to welcome Quinta do Crasto as part of our first direct import partnerships from Iberia.

Sourced from carefully selected California vineyards planted to Mediterranean varieties in sunlit, well-drained sites, this wine reflects a Rhône-inspired approach that prioritizes freshness and aromatic expression. The newly released “Take Me To Your Liter” Orange is the same juice as Le Cigare Orange, now offered in a convenient one-liter format; in the cellar, it is crafted as an orange wine with white Rhône grapes fermented on their skins to build texture and structure, guided by a minimal-intervention philosophy that preserves vibrancy and site character. The result is a lively, textural wine layered with citrus peel, stone fruit, and floral tea notes, supported by subtle tannin, savory spice, and a refreshing, gently grippy finish.

For BTG programs, the liter format offers strong value and margin opportunity, while its distinctive yet approachable style drives guest curiosity, pairs broadly across a menu, and encourages repeat pours.

From organically farmed, hillside vineyards in Monfumo at 250–300 meters elevation, the Bele Casel Asolo Prosecco DOCG is rooted in Glera alongside older indigenous varieties, with hand-harvested fruit grown on sloped sites that preserve freshness and character. In the cellar, grapes are gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures before resting on lees in stainless steel, followed by a traditional in-bottle secondary fermentation without disgorgement (col fondo) and extended bottle aging, allowing the wine to develop texture and complexity naturally. In the glass, it shows a lively straw hue with a fine, persistent bead, offering evolving aromatics that move from fresh orchard fruit and citrus into subtle bread crust and ye**ty nuances, while the palate balances bright fruit with a lightly savory, textural finish from the lees.

This wine is a strong by-the-glass option thanks to its distinctive, artisanal style that stands out from standard Prosecco, its dry, food-friendly profile, and its built-in talking point for staff seeking an authentic, traditional sparkling wine to engage guests.

Sourced from high-elevation, old-vine Garnacha planted in the rugged, slate-strewn hillsides of Calatayud, Bodegas Breca's El Nacido reflects the region’s extreme continental climate and naturally low-yielding bush vines, which produce small, concentrated berries. In the cellar, the fruit is carefully handled with fermentation in stainless steel followed by aging in French oak to balance structure and preserve freshness while enhancing depth and texture. The resulting wine is richly expressive, offering layers of blackberry, plum, and black cherry accented by notes of crushed stone, baking spice, and a touch of cocoa, with a plush yet lifted palate and a long, savory finish.

As a by-the-glass option, it over-delivers on quality for the price, offers broad appeal with its generous fruit and smooth structure, and pairs easily across a wide range of dishes, from grilled meats to hearty vegetarian fare.

Sourced from the historic Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley, Foxen Rosé of Pinot Noir is grown on mature vines rooted in sandy, alluvial soils that naturally promote freshness, precision, and aromatic lift. The fruit is hand harvested and gently whole‑cluster pressed, then fermented in neutral French oak followed by several months of aging on the lees in a mix of small and larger neutral barrels, a regimen that enhances texture while preserving clarity of fruit. In the glass, the wine is vibrant and expressive, showing fresh strawberry and cranberry layered with notes of watermelon rind and orange zest, delivered on a supple, medium‑bodied palate with bright, refreshing acidity and a clean, dry finish that invites another sip.

Why it works as a BTG:
• Immediately appealing flavor profile and lively acidity make it easy to sell
• Food‑friendly and versatile, pairing effortlessly with seafood, vegetables, cheese, and warm‑weather menus.

Dr. Loosen Erdener Treppchen Riesling Spätlese comes from the historic Erdener Treppchen vineyard along the middle Mosel, a dramatic, steep south-facing slope of red slate overlooking the Mosel River that is renowned for producing wines of depth, precision, and longevity. Farmed to highlight the expressive character of this site, the fruit is harvested ripe and selectively, then gently pressed and fermented slowly with native yeasts in traditional Mosel fashion, allowing natural balance and clarity rather than overt winemaking influence. In the glass, the wine shows classic Spätlese charm, layering ripe stone fruit, citrus peel, and floral notes over a racy slate-driven minerality, with a vibrant interplay of freshness and subtle sweetness that carries through to a long, lifted finish.
Why it works as a BTG:

-Approachable yet distinctive Mosel Riesling that appeals to both casual drinkers and enthusiasts
-Natural balance of fruit and acidity makes it highly versatile with food, from SPICY dishes to richer seafood
-Strong name recognition and iconic vineyard story help drive confident by-the-glass sales

Produced with a shared philosophy of purity and terroir expression, these Brocard wines are crafted using indigenous yeasts with fermentation and aging entirely in temperature controlled stainless steel, complete malolactic fermentation, and extended lees contact to build texture while preserving freshness and clarity. The fruit is sourced from Chardonnay vines averaging 30 years of age rooted in Burgundy’s Kimmeridgian limestone, giving both wines a pronounced mineral backbone, natural tension, and precision that clearly reflect their origins.

The Crémant de Bourgogne, presented as a Brut zero dosage, shows a pale yellow robe with golden reflections and fine, delicate bubbles, offering aromas of white flowers and citrus, finishing with vibrant mineral energy and lift, while the Bourgogne Chardonnay pours a bright gold hue and opens with white peach, followed by a supple palate of orchard fruit, subtle mint, saline minerality, and a generous yet lively finish. Fresh, balanced, and highly versatile, these wines excel as by the glass selections thanks to their approachability, food friendly profiles, and consistent appeal across a wide range of guests and occasions.

• Bright acidity and balance keep both wines fresh and engaging by the glass
• Versatile styles pair easily with seafood, salads, light proteins, and aperitif moments

This Earth Day 🌎, we are proud to reflect on the ways sustainability is a part of our daily operations. This year, we were honored to receive the J.D. Fullner Recycling Leadership Award, a recognition that underscores our strong, ongoing commitment to responsible operations and effective waste‑diversion practices.
This award highlights our participation in Napa’s commercial recycling and composting programs, including the Business Composting Program administered by Napa Recycling. Through these efforts, organic waste is diverted from landfills and transformed into compost, supporting both commercial partners and participating apartment communities in building more sustainable habits.
Beyond our own operations, we are proud contributors to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, an organization dedicated to educating the public while studying and preserving marine life along the Northern California coastline. Supporting institutions like this reflects our belief that environmental stewardship extends beyond our industry.
We also work closely with a diverse portfolio of wine producers who embrace sustainable, and often fully organic, approaches to grape growing and winemaking. It is this shared commitment and collaboration among like‑minded partners that allows us to act responsibly today while planning thoughtfully for a more sustainable future.

Crafted using organically farmed Lambrusco Grasparossa from long‑time partner growers in Castelvetro di Modena, Cleto Chiarli Organic Lambrusco di Modena DOC is vinified entirely in‑house with a single fermentation under pressure, selected yeasts, and extended lees contact during cold stabilization to preserve freshness and definition. The vineyards sit at approximately 100 meters above sea level on brown to red, loamy alluvial soils with gravel and slightly alkaline conditions, trained to Geneva Double Curtain and farmed organically with integrated pest management for purity and balance. In the glass, these wines show vibrant aromas of blackberry, black cherry, and violet, with subtle savory notes, lively natural acidity, fine bubbles, and a dry, refreshing finish that makes them incredibly versatile at the table and irresistible by the glass.

Why this is a great BTG option:
• Crowd‑pleasing, food‑friendly style with strong visual appeal and freshness
• Organic certification, moderate alcohol, and approachable pricing encourage repeat pours
