No mystery burger here!
At Alexander’s Prime Meats our ground beef is only sourced from US producers. It is most importantly inspected and graded as Black Angus Cattle (CAB).
We’re grinding beef multiple times daily to ensure freshness and optimum flavor. The burgers start and stop in our cooler, because thats the way we have done it for 60 plus years and that’s the way we’ll always do it!
