This rare gem is made by Morgan Maureze with an impressive resume - he worked for Chateau Haut Brion, & Domaine de la Romanee Conti and now the protége of Andy Erickson (Arietta Wines, Dancing Hares Vineyards, Dalla Valle Vineyards, Marciano Estate , and Screaming Eagle!). The 2018 Immix Sauvignon Blanc is a very complex and luxurious white wine and is designed to age for several years in your cellar.

Visually, this wine has a bright gold color. Intensely aromatic in the glass expressing aromas of honey suckle, lychee, white peach, lemon rind, flint, and pear. On the palate, the wine is dry and soft with a smooth, yet complex mid palate layered with notes of dried mango, citrus, and crème brulee, giving way to a long, lingering finish punctuated by crisp acidity.

With limited & small production, the 2018 Immix Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley, USA for $39.99 is a steal! (Compared to $45 elsewhere).

This wine is extremely food friendly and will be a great conversation piece over a meal with friends and family, so I definitely recommend adding it your everyday collection!

How about a little Nebbiolo action?
We often joke that Barolo (Nebbiolo grape) is pretty much a Burgundy (Pinot Noir grape) on steroids It provides higher tannin, higher acid, bigger mouthfeel while having similar red fruit and floral notes that a Pinot Noir offers. Barolo also provides better value (most of the time) and best yet, pairs better with a delicious, marbling steak for all your summer grilling!

Today I want to share with you all the 2016 Franco Conterno Panerole Barolo DOCG, Italy $59.99 (that's NOT a typo!) Only in Barolo you can find great vintage, single vineyard Barolo for under $60! Franco Conterno's family had 18 hectares in the 1940, but it wasn't until 1995 when he started making their wines to share with the world.

Panerole Cru is one of their flagships. The wine is aged in large and small oak barrels for 30 months. The nose is full of ripe red fruits, spices and toasted flavors. The taste is elegant and deep, with a sumptuous and dense tannic backbone, finishing with an intense and persistent strength.

It's not easy finding aged, sweet, and delicious Riesling!
But you guys ask, so I deliver! EVERYTIME I find a gem like this (aged Riesling, aged white Burgundy, etc) there's never enough to go around, so don't wait this time or you will regret it!
2003 August Kesseler Rudesheimer Berg Schlossberg Riesling Spatlese Goldkapsel is a must have your for 2022 summer of Riesling, or anyone looking for something slightly sweet, but with amazing acidity in the background to pair with seafood and spicy dishes!
Wine Spectator said "Rich and spicy, this full-bodied spätlese evokes peach, orange peel and mineral aromas and flavors on a lush texture. It has fine structure, with enough acidity to age gracefully. Long finish" and I couldn't agree more!
With two decades of bottle aging, you will enjoy lots of complex citrus peel, ginger, and soften mouthfeel.
