Lighthouse Food Rescue & Distribution was born in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. We are a brand new, up and rising non-profit organization. Our hearts are found amongst the unhoused, the poor, the elderly, and in the northside community. Lighthouse Food Rescue & Distribution worked really hard to provide a new approach to food distribution within our neighborhoods. Our free farmer's market is the result of many partnerships and grocery stores within our community. Partnerships such as, the "Humane Society Silicon Valley", has allowed us to play critical roles in how we reach the unhoused with their animal companions. Our reputation is known by the consistency of our ability to make connections and friendships. This video was created so that you might know the heart of who we really are.
