Feels like it's been forever since I posted a cook 🤣 Got my hands on some waygu beef and decided to make some patty melts on my griddle. Gotta say, it's my first time making burgers with this stuff and I see why people never go back! Seasoned with ... these were straight 🔥🔥🔥 🤤

Since then, Hello BBQ has won over 20 top ten calls including multiple 1st place finishes in individual meats, been invited to give a class at the International Culinary Center, launched a successful Kickstarter that ended up getting his sauce recognized by the National BBQ News (9th place in Pork in the US!) and a spot on the shelves of South Bay Safeway’s, and most importantly is friends with Ric Gilbert who has a much more impressive bio.

If you guys don't already know, is ridiculous. I ordered a 🦐 burrito this morning and this man fed me a small child 😭 Appreciate you my brotha! It was good to see you and today. Glad you guys are doing well in these crazy times 👊 BTW, the burrito was 🔥🔥🔥! (Saving the fatty for tomorrow's breakfast 🤣)
